[Note Trijntje’s birthplace and mother’s name] Enkhuizen Marriage Record (n. 5) dated 14 February 1819: Gerrit Swier marries Trijntje Brouwer [note spelling], age 26, born in Venhuizen, daughter of Luitje Bouwer [note spelling] and Geertje Bakker [note last name]. Witnesses included the bride's brothers Sijmon Bouer, age 22, and Tijs Bouer, age 24.
